Training: "Networking 9.0: Business Mindset in 2026 — Adapting to Global Challenges"


On February 7, 2025, Viktoriia Kyfyak conducted a specialized training session as part of the Climate Engine project. This initiative is implemented with the support of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union.


The event brought together female entrepreneurs to discuss critical issues in sustainable business development amid modern global challenges.


Participants mastered not only the technical aspects of eco-conscious entrepreneurship but also the core competencies of a modern business mindset:

  • Strategic Vision: Navigating long-term goals in a shifting landscape.

  • Tactical Communications: Building effective bridges between stakeholders.

  • Value Creation: Investing in sustainable impact amidst geopolitical uncertainty.


The session provided attendees with fresh insights, practical tools, professional networking opportunities, and a renewed sense of inspiration. Collaborative initiatives are already beginning to take shape—proving that when people with shared values unite, synergy follows naturally.
