The creative workshop “Eco Easter Lab” brought together students and lecturers at UCTM

Within the framework of the Climate Engine project, today, April 8, 2026, the library of the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy hosted the creative workshop “Eco Easter Lab”, dedicated to sustainable practices and an eco-friendly lifestyle.

The event was held under the motto “Ecology of Tradition” and brought together students, lecturers, university staff, as well as their children, who eagerly took part in the creative activities. Participants had the opportunity to explore the tradition of decorating Easter eggs through a nature-friendly approach, without the use of synthetic dyes and chemicals.

During the workshop, alternative decoration techniques using natural materials were demonstrated and applied, encouraging sustainable thinking and care for the environment. The atmosphere was inspiring and full of creativity, with the youngest participants adding even more festive spirit.

The event was organized by the Virtual Laboratory for Climate Change and Technological Innovations at UCTM.
